A FREE, one-week challenge for women who want to lift weights at home so they can feel strong, confident and fit in their bodies without pain or pelvic floor issues holding them back 💪

  • Have been doing workouts at home but not seeing progress in your strength or muscle definition;
  • Want to prioritize strength training to build muscle and feel more confident and resilient in your body but don't know what exercises to prioritize;
  • Want to be able to run and play sports without leaking;
  • Know you need to be doing more core work so your back stops hurting all the time but don't know what exercises to do;
  • Want to feel strong and athletic in your workouts again but don't know how to push yourself without overdoing it;
  • Want a strength plan that is efficient, effective, and gives you that hurts-so-good muscle burn you love that you can do at home with dumbbells or kettlebells;
  • Want a community of awesome virtual gym buddies getting stronger together!

What's included:

🔥 Three, full body strength workouts delivered through an app that will take you 60 minutes or less designed by Dr. Sam Chernak, a pelvic floor physical therapist and strength coach.
