Join Dr. Sam, pelvic floor physical therapist and strength coach, for 8-weeks of small group strength training for women! By the end of the 8-weeks you will:
💪 be at LEAST 50% stronger than you are now so you can easily lift your bags of garden soil and 50 pound suitcase without having to ask your partner for help;
💪 increase your muscle tone just in time for tank top season;
💪 feel more stable in your pelvis and hips so you can enjoy long, painfree hikes this Spring and Summer;
💪 feel stronger in your core so your back doesn't hurt every morning when you get out of bed;
💪 feel more confident in your lifting form knowing you're doing the exercises correctly to prevent injuries (and be able to lift heavier weight);
💪 have superwoman energy and focus throughout the day to get all your shit done without needing your afternoon cup o' joe (or a nap);
💪 have a new community of other awesome women getting stronger together.

What's included:
💫 two in-person strength classes every week (Tuesdays at 5:15pm and Fridays at 6:30am*) with Dr. Sam that will focus on building full body strength using dumbbells or kettlebells.
💫 Individualized coaching and form feedback from Dr. Sam to make sure you're getting the most out of every exercise and avoiding injuries.
💫 Access to the workouts via the TrueCoach app so you can do the workouts at home if you need to miss a class (you'll need access to bands and weights).
💫 optional pilates-based workout to do at home every week to ramp up your results even more!
